How much does it cost to sell?

Listing is free. When an item sells: 7% platform fee on the sale price, plus 2.9% + $0.30 payment processing per order. Both come out of your payout automatically.

When do I get paid?

Payouts process automatically within 24 hours after your item is delivered to the buyer. Funds go to your bank through Stripe. Set up your payout account in the Wallet section of your dashboard if you haven't already.

How does shipping work?

Shipping costs are calculated when you create a listing. All sellers must ship within 2 business days. You'll be able to generate a shipping label from your dashboard when an item sells.

How do offers work?

Buyers can send offers on Buy-it-now listings. You have 24 hours to accept, decline, or counter. If you counter, the buyer has 24 hours to respond. Each counter resets the clock. If you accept, the buyer is charged automatically.

Can I cancel or edit a listing?

Buy-it-now listings can be edited or canceled anytime before they sell. Auctions can be canceled if they haven't started yet (up to 5 minutes before). Once an auction is live, it has to play out. If you sell elsewhere too, cancel your NoLie listing first. A sale you can't deliver will get your account flagged.

What if a buyer files a dispute?

Our team reviews both sides. If the listing was accurate and the item arrived as described, you're protected and your payout releases.

What can I sell?

Raw cards, slabs, sealed product, Funkos. Any physical collectible. Photos and descriptions need to be accurate.

When am I charged?

For auctions, only if you win. For offers, when the seller accepts. For Buy it now, right at checkout. All three are binding. Make sure you're good with the amount before you commit.

Send the seller any price you want. They have 24 hours to accept, decline, or counter. If they counter, you've got 24 hours to accept, decline, or counter back. Each counter resets the clock.

Every seller passes identity verification before they can list, and our team reviews listings. Every purchase is covered by the NoLie Guarantee. Full refund if an item arrives counterfeit or not as described. You have 48 hours after delivery to open a dispute.

Open a dispute from your order details page. You can file if the seller hasn't shipped within 2 business days, or within 48 hours of delivery if the item arrives damaged, fake, or doesn't match the listing.

Set the most you're willing to pay. Your bid steps up automatically as needed to stay in the lead, never above your max. You only pay what beats the next bid, up to your max.
